Timberwyck Farm

Either a half share or a whole hybrid Large Black / Red Wattle hog. We raise the pig on pasture with meals in the morning and evening. Depending on the time of year, they may get foraging time in our small stand of oak trees, a treat for hogs.

Our hogs can be custom cut by Herring Bros. and you can request any portion to be smoked nitrate-free. Know exactly what you want? Great. Need advice? We can help you out or give you a basic cut that includes bacon, hams, chops, loins, hocks, and everything else.

Hanging weights vary by individual hog, but average somewhere below 200 lbs, or about 160 lbs of meat per whole hog.
